Your initial Oral Examination includes a preclinical discussion of your needs, complaints and past and present concerns, continued by a comprehensive examination of your face, jaw, teeth and oral tissues, including your gum and mucosa. Records (X-rays, photos, digital scans) may be advised in order to gather all the relevant information as long you consent to them.
Risk factors and description of the current situation will be explained in detail
Once all information gathered has been reviewed, a discussion to assess the risk of no treatment and the possible options will be shared. This appointment is interactive and provides you the opportunity to ask questions, discuss the options for your treatment preference.
We will support your decision and the start of treatment will be dictated by your needs.
